Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS 2nd Day Air. USPS Priority Mail transit time is 2-3 days. See USPS.com for transit time details. UPS Ground transit time is 1-5 days, see ups.com for transit time details. If you require an alternate shipping method please contact us at 765.482.3334 Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (EST) or Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm (EST).

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

International

Please contact bob@donaldsonschocolates.com for shipping rates. For all international shipments, the recipient will be responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes that are required by their country upon delivery.

Warm Weather Packaging

For temperatures above 70 degrees, we advise that a insulated container with ice pack be used to ensure the safety of the merchandise. By selecting a shipping option without an insulated container with ice pack, you accept full responsibility for products damaged during shipping. If a product is damaged during shipping without the recommended insulated container with ice pack, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. The cost for the insulated container with ice pack is $10. Multiple warm weather boxes shipped to one location will require contacting us by e-mail (bob@donaldsonschocolates.com) or by phone during regular business hours (765.482.3334) to determine the best shipping rate option.

Donaldson’s Chocolates cannot be held responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control such as: incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather, natural disasters, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks to name a few.
